This 13 year old girl reinvented the earring to become one of the youngest CEO’s in Japan. Mai is a Japanese middle school student who noticed a lot of her friends wanted earrings but couldn’t get their ears pierced, since magnetic earrings get lost super easily. She came up with “MAIEARRINGS”, earrings that clip onto your hair. Despite only being 13, with the support of her parents she hand makes the earrings to distribute all across Japan.
